turning passion into purpose

My name is Melissa Doyle and I am the founder of Rescue Marketing, LLC. I started Rescue Marketing, LLC because as a volunteer with local animal rescues, I found myself devoting a great deal of time helping animal rescues fundraise through events and marketing. I realized there was a need in the market for my skill set so I combined my two passions of helping animals and marketing into Rescue Marketing, LLC! 

I have a bachelor's degree in business and over 19 years of event and marketing experience in the casino industry. During my tenure, I ran a variety of events in the New Jersey market including large scale festivals, high-end intimate VIP events, large volume gift giveaways and small-scale charity events. I also led the casino advertising team where we launched multimillion-dollar marketing campaigns through traditional media as well as online and social media. In 2014, I was a "Top 40 under 40" award recipient from Atlantic City Weekly for my accomplishments in the Atlantic City region as Director of Special Events for Caesars Entertainment. 

In August of 2017, I left the casino industry and relocated to Richmond Virginia where I had the once in a lifetime opportunity to focus on what I love, animal rescue! While volunteering and fostering animals in Richmond, I found myself constantly making notes and talking to board members on how to do fundraisers to help the rescues get the funds they so desperately needed. In 2019, I moved back to New Jersey and continued my passion of volunteering for local animal rescues. The pandemic hit and I knew more than ever rescues needed help raising funds. So, I turned my passion into purpose and set out to create a platform where animal rescue groups can come to for help with marketing, social media, fundraising, events and grant writing.
